Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the screening or privacy panels in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
